After 8+ years as a special operations sniper, I traded the battlefield for a new mission: helping others reclaim their health, resilience, and purpose.
When I left the military, I faced depression, burnout, PTSD, and divorce. Science, functional medicine, and relentless self-experimentation became my tools to rebuild my mind and body.
Today, as a functional medicine health coach, permaculture design consultant, chef, and resilience educator, I bring that same intensity to guiding others. At 39, in the best shape of my life, I’ve distilled more than a decade of experience into the HERO Transformation program.


Chris Coll is a serial entrepreneur, resilience coach, nutritionist, and certified personal trainer who has dedicated his life to helping others discover—and own—their purpose. Chris empowers individuals to build lasting strength across the four core domains of resiliency: Health, Economics, Relationships, and Opportunities.
He’s the co-author of Founder H.E.R.O.: The Holistic Path to Purpose-Driven Success and a finalist on Season 3 of The Blox, where he showcased his passion for turning adversity into impact. With a background in building multiple purpose-driven ventures, Chris blends real-world experience with powerful mindset training to help others unlock their full potential.
Currently training for his first natural men’s physique competition, Chris doesn’t just talk about resilience—he lives it. Through Extreme Resilience, he’s on a mission to build a global movement of individuals who are strong enough to face life head-on and aligned enough to thrive with purpose.


Alex Rogers is a former U.S. Navy SEAL, professional Combat Jiu Jitsu fighter, and elite performance coach who brings nearly 12 years of special operations experience to the HERO Transformation team. During his service as a Special Warfare Operator First Class, Alex deployed multiple times to Iraq and the UAE with SEAL Team THREE and later shaped the next generation of operators as an instructor with NSW Group TWO.
Alongside his operational career, he earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership, equipping him with the skills to build not just physical strength, but mental toughness and leadership under pressure.
Alex’s coaching philosophy is rooted in the Navy SEAL principle of “Look for Work” — a mindset of seeking out challenges, taking ownership, and staying engaged even when no one is watching. He believes that the same habits that win battles in combat can help anyone dominate in health, business, and life.
Now, he channels his military discipline, competitive fight experience, and leadership mastery into helping HERO Transformation clients develop resilience, perform under stress, and unlock their highest potential.
